To make a booking use the (preferred) electronic booking form below or alternatively, send completed booking forms (available for download below) to the Booking Secretary at the address on the form. You must have paid in full for the booking to be confirmed. The online form will calculate the amount due for you.
Members’ preferential winter booking period will end at midnight on the last day of February. Any winter/shoulder bookings made prior to the opening of the members’ preferential period will be considered at the same time as preferential period bookings in the case of member bookings or after, in the case of guest bookings.
